The cheapest way is to use VLC media player and convert the video into anaglyph red blue 3D. Just follow the instructions in the video.
Another way is to use your phone and set of 3D virtual reality goggles which cost about $15.
The best way is with a 3D TV or Projector to give the best quality and 3D effect with no colour distortion.
